About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Bogota, Colombia. As an expert in selling solutions to Enterprise Accounts, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities and managing the sales process through to closure of the sale.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed quarterly sales goals and drive revenue growth within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Fortinet partners to generate new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
- Partner with Fortinet marketing, Channel and engineering teams to develop and implement marketing plans that drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues.
- Manage the sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecast sales performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Provide regular sales reports to stakeholders and contribute to the development of sales metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and improve overall sales performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability in sales roles.
- Experience in closing large deals, preferably in the security industry.
- Sales experience selling enterprise network security products and services.
- Familiarity with managed tools such as Salesforce.com.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary Range
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
