Lead Enterprise Sales

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of SDRs, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales programs to achieve business objectives.
- Manage a team of 8-10 SDRs, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Maintain open communication with team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 7+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and mentor others.
- C2/Native English proficiency.
A competitive salary of $2000 per month, plus commission on SDR performance, providing opportunities for career advancement and professional growth in a dynamic environment.
