Enterprise Security Sales Director

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Security Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the mid-enterprise segment.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement with target accounts and decision makers.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior executives to understand their security needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in the cybersecurity space.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills, including ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
