RPMGlobal, a leading advisory and consulting firm in the mining industry, seeks an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Manager to drive customer engagement and grow business in Latin America.

This permanent, full-time role is based in Santiago and requires regular domestic and international travel. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Account Management and software sales into complex accounts.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute account plans to increase customer engagement and sales revenue in established and prospective accounts.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and technical experts.
  • Cultivate a healthy sales pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building.
  • Promote and develop RPM capabilities within clients, focusing on enterprise software licenses and services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounts within an Enterprise level software sales environment and a strong background in selling software into complex accounts. They will also possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a high degree of self-motivation to succeed and grow the business.

About You
  • A proven track record in Account Management in large, matrixed organisations.
  • Experience selling software into complex accounts, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and solutions to customers.

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
