About this Opportunity

At Uber, we're looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our Advertising Sales team as a Strategic Enterprise Sales Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with top brands in Chile, developing and executing strategies to drive advertising growth, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Execute Advertising Strategies: Create and implement tailored sales plans that meet the marketing objectives of your partners and exceed quarterly growth targets.
  2. Build Strong Partnerships: Foster relationships with marketing executives and key decision-makers at Director, VP, and C-level within partner organizations, driving business growth and adoption of Uber's advertising offerings.
  3. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Utilize analytical skills to navigate complex partner conversations and develop creative solutions to address challenges.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of partner needs and exceed expectations.
  5. Adoption and Growth: Drive the adoption of Uber's latest advertising products across Mobility and Delivery platforms, clearly communicating their value and differentiating them from competitors.
  6. Pitch Narratives and Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives that drive growth for your partners, using data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers.
  7. Leadership and Adaptability: Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, being flexible and proactive in supporting teammates and driving business growth.

Your Qualifications

  1. Enterprise Sales Experience: At least 5 years of full-time experience in end-to-end enterprise/Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales, selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and agencies.
  2. Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and execute strategic sales plans that lead to success for partners and Uber.
  3. Creative Storytelling and Leadership: Creative storytelling skills, with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers, along with strong leadership abilities.
  4. Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills, with a proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We estimate an annual salary range of $120,000-$180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The estimated salary range includes a competitive base salary and potential bonus based on individual performance and overall business results.
