Strategic Enterprise Account Growth Director

Genesys empowers more than 8,000 organizations in over 100 countries to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Account Director, Strategic, you will develop and implement comprehensive account plans to maximize revenue growth for the entire Genesys suite of products in the Enterprise segment.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans that drive revenue growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement, and ensuring the highest levels of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution
- Meet or exceed sales targets, manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement
- Manage the entire sales life-cycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process
- Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and represent Genesys at senior executive levels
- +8 years sales experience within the technology industry, with a focus on SaaS platforms and CX
- Leadership skills to lead a sales engagement
- Results-oriented achiever with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Able to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision while providing regular updates on progress and challenges
The estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000-$200,000, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
