About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Enterprise Account growth in the CX space. As an Account Director, you will develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth for Genesys' suite of products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, with a strong understanding of SaaS platforms and customer experience solutions. Leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-driven approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth for Genesys' suite of products.
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement.
  • Lead sales engagements, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and executives.
  • Sell and promote Genesys products to customers, negotiating price, terms, and conditions of sale.
  • Participate in strategic planning for the division, contributing to the development of short, medium, and long-term plans.

Requirements:

  • +8 years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a focus on SaaS platforms and customer experience solutions.
  • Leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • A proven track record in software sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and strategic objectives.
  • Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
