Job Overview

Genesys empowers organizations to create exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Account Director, Strategic, you will develop comprehensive account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth for Genesys' suite of products in the Enterprise segment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals, customer growth, and sales expenses targets.
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement.
  • Ensure visibility into the lead-to-close process and manage sales life-cycles.
  • Act as a Genesys representative to maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.
  • Provide timely resolution of escalated sales-related issues.

This is a pivotal role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with business partners to coordinate strategy and execution.

Requirements:
  • +8 years of sales experience in the technology industry, specializing in SaaS platforms and CX.
  • Leadership skills to lead sales engagements.
  • Results-oriented achiever with a team player attitude.
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to represent the company at senior executive levels.
