Strategic Account Director for Customer Experience

Genesys empowers organizations to create exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Account Director, Strategic, you will develop comprehensive account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth for Genesys' suite of products in the Enterprise segment.
Main Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed revenue goals, customer growth, and sales expenses targets.
- Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement.
- Ensure visibility into the lead-to-close process and manage sales life-cycles.
- Act as a Genesys representative to maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.
- Provide timely resolution of escalated sales-related issues.
This is a pivotal role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with business partners to coordinate strategy and execution.
Requirements:- +8 years of sales experience in the technology industry, specializing in SaaS platforms and CX.
- Leadership skills to lead sales engagements.
- Results-oriented achiever with a team player attitude.
- Demonstrated track record in software sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to represent the company at senior executive levels.
Genesys orchestrates billions of customer experiences annually, enabling organizations to deliver proactive, predictive, and personalized experiences across every marketing, sales, and service moment.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The salary may vary based on factors such as cost of living, market conditions, and individual performance.
