The Account Director, Enterprise is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive account plan to maximize revenue growth for Genesys' suite of products in the Enterprise segment.
This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and sales expertise. The ideal candidate will possess +8 years of sales experience within the technology industry, specifically in SaaS platforms and CX.
Responsibilities include meeting and/or exceeding revenue goals, managing forecasts and pipelines, and ensuring the highest levels of professionalism. Additionally, the successful candidate will act as a Genesys representative to maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
