Job Description:The Senior Account Director, Strategic is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive account plans and strategies that maximize revenue opportunities for the entire Genesys suite of products. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends, as well as exceptional leadership skills to drive sales engagement and growth.
- Meet and exceed revenue goals, including revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses.
- Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement.
- Lead the sales life-cycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process.
This position also involves acting as a trusted advisor to customers, providing timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issues, and communicating with key stakeholders on significant issues and accomplishments.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a focus on SaaS platforms and CX.
- Leadership skills to lead a sales engagement and drive growth.
- Results-oriented approach, with a track record of software sales success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the company at senior executive levels.
Our estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
