About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Strategist to drive revenue growth and develop comprehensive account plans that maximize value for our customers in the Enterprise segment.

This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and strategic objectives to uncover how Genesys can best serve them. You will act as an influencer, connector, and coordinator to ensure that we are pulling together the right team, at the right time, and delivering exceptional CX.

Your success will be measured by meeting or exceeding goals, including revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses. You will manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement and ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement
  • Ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process
  • Act as a Genesys representative to maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, Partners, and shareholders
  • Sell and promote Genesys products to customers, negotiating price, other concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale
Requirements
  • +8 years of sales experience within the technology industry, with SaaS platforms and specialization in CX
  • Leadership skills to lead a sales engagement
  • 'High Energy', results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including producing materials, delivering presentations, and general education
  • Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
