About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Director, Strategic to lead our sales efforts in the Enterprise segment. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth for our Genesys suite of products.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective account management and sales strategy execution
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement
  • Lead the sales life-cycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and executives
  • Sell and promote Genesys products to customers, negotiating price and other terms and conditions of the sale
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of sales experience in the technology industry, preferably in SaaS platforms and CX
  • Leadership skills to lead a sales engagement
  • Results-oriented achiever with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales
