The Account Director, Enterprise role is critical to driving revenue growth for Genesys' suite of products in the Enterprise segment. This position involves developing comprehensive account plans, understanding customer needs, and strategically positioning Genesys to serve those needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed revenue, customer growth, and sales expense targets.
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement.
  • Oversee the entire sales life-cycle, ensuring visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism throughout the organization.
  • Represent Genesys as a trusted partner, building positive relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Address escalated sales-related issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Communicate key issues and accomplishments to senior executives and customers.
  • Sell and promote Genesys products to customers, negotiating price, concessions, and terms.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
  • Establish strong relationships with key players in customer accounts and business partners.
  • Penetrate customer accounts as needed or in coordination with business partners.
  • Become a trusted advisor on Genesys products and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize revenue, achieving monthly forecasts and accurately predicting revenue.
  • Manage escalations and conduct regular progress meetings with the sales team.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of sales experience within the technology industry, specifically in SaaS platforms and CX.
  • Leadership skills to lead sales engagements.
  • A 'High Energy' individual with a results-oriented approach and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including producing materials and delivering presentations.
  • Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels.
  • Capability to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimal supervision.
