About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to lead our Enterprise sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive account plans and strategies that maximize revenue growth for our Genesys suite of products in the Enterprise segment.

As a key member of our team, you will have the unique challenge of understanding our customers' and industry needs and strategic objectives to uncover how Genesys can best serve them in achieving their goals. You will act as an influencer, connector, and coordinator to ensure that we are pulling together the right team, at the right time, and delivering the best customer experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue targets by developing and executing effective account plans and strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on those opportunities.
Requirements:
  • +8 years of sales experience in the technology industry, preferably in SaaS platforms and CX.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead a sales engagement.
