Account Expansion Specialist

This role involves developing and executing strategies to expand existing customer relationships and increase sales revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account expansion plans to increase sales revenue and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular reviews with customers to understand their evolving business needs and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in assigned accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Five to ten years of experience in sales of hardware or maintenance agreements to middle market firms or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
