About the Opportunity
Pearson is a leading global education company, committed to helping people make a meaningful difference through learning. We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team in Mexico, where you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans, aligned with business objectives and goals.
- Cross-Sell and Upsell: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products and services, ensuring maximum revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and retention.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, ensuring our sales approach remains innovative and effective.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers and build strong relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Be self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
