Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at WESCO Distribution. As a Senior Representative - Inside Sales, you will focus on growing our existing customer base and identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and engagement with existing and potential new customers.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on sales performance and market developments.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and sales administration (4-5 years).
- Deep understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Preferred experience in electrical or distribution sales.
