Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at WESCO Distribution. As a Senior Representative - Inside Sales, you will focus on growing our existing customer base and identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and engagement with existing and potential new customers.
  2. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed performance metrics.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
  6. Provide regular updates and insights to management on sales performance and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales administration (4-5 years).
  • Deep understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Preferred experience in electrical or distribution sales.
