About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director for our Cloud Solutions team to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive account plan and strategy that maximizes revenue opportunities for our Genesys suite of products in the Enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and/or exceed revenue targets, including customer growth and sales expenses.
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement.
  • Oversee the entire sales life-cycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, business partners, and executives.
  • Provide timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issues.
Requirements:
  • +8 years sales experience within the technology industry, specifically in SaaS platforms and CX.
  • Leadership skills to lead a sales engagement.
  • Be a "High Energy", results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills: produce materials, deliver presentations, and perform general education.
  • Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels.
  • Able to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision while providing regular updates on progress and challenges.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
