Sovos Compliance offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Senior Partner Account Manager at Sovos Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and sustaining productive business relationships with our strategic partners. These partners not only resell Sovos Compliance software but also provide valuable referrals that fuel our new business pipeline.

In this exciting and impactful role, you will be at the forefront of our partner-driven sales strategy. You will develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan that leverages the strengths of our partners to achieve mutual success. As a key player in the growth of Sovos Compliance, you will have the opportunity to shape our partner ecosystem and drive significant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Consistently deliver new revenues and meet agreed bookings quotas by selling with and through strategic partners.
  • Territory Planning: Develop and execute a detailed territory plan to maximize partner-driven sales opportunities.
  • Pipeline Development: Grow and manage a quality pipeline of new strategic partners.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Nurture and improve working relationships with and business contributions from existing and assigned partners.

What We Need From You:

  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, channel sales, channel marketing, or business development.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • SaaS Selling: Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Complex Sales Cycles: Successful track record of selling to large enterprises, managing complex sales cycles, and interacting with senior executives.
