Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Senior Partner Account Manager to join our team in cultivating and sustaining productive business relationships with strategic partners. These partners resell Sovos Compliance software and provide valuable referrals that fuel our new business pipeline.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our partner-driven sales strategy, developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market plan that leverages the strengths of our partners to achieve mutual success.
Responsibilities- You will consistently deliver new revenues and meet agreed bookings quotas by selling with and through strategic partners.
- You will develop and execute a detailed territory plan to maximize partner-driven sales opportunities.
- You will grow and manage a quality pipeline of new strategic partners.
- You will nurture and improve working relationships with and business contributions from existing and assigned partners.
- You will build and refine strategies for expanding market reach and accelerating market penetration through alliances.
- You will actively engage with existing and new partners to enhance awareness about Sovos' global Tax Compliance and Business-to-Government Reporting solutions.
- You will build strong relationships and maintain robust communication with partners' direct and indirect sales channels to identify new market and client opportunities.
- You will conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to drive consistent productivity against agreed KPIs.
- You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, channel sales, channel marketing, or business development.
- You must have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- You should have experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
- You should have a successful track record of selling to large enterprises, managing complex sales cycles, and interacting with senior executives.
- You must have the ability to listen and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
- You must be willing to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, trade shows, and special projects.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
