Customer Experience Director, Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our Enterprise Solutions team. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing comprehensive account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth for Genesys' suite of products in the Enterprise segment.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the unique challenge of understanding customer needs and industry objectives to uncover how Genesys can best serve them. You will act as an influencer, connector, and coordinator to ensure the right team is pulling together to deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities- Meet and exceed goals, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and sales expenses
- Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement
- Oversee the entire sales life-cycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and represent Genesys positively with employees, customers, partners, and shareholders
- Communicate effectively with key customers, business partners, and executives on significant issues and accomplishments
- Sell and promote Genesys products to customers, negotiating price, concessions, and terms
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division
- Built relationships with key players in customer accounts and business partners
- Penetrate customer accounts as needed or in coordination with business partners at all levels and subsidiaries
- 8+ years of sales experience in the technology industry, specifically SaaS platforms and CX
- Leadership skills to lead a sales engagement
- High-energy, results-oriented achiever with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated track record in software sales
- Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels
