We are seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Coquimbo, Chile.
About the RoleThis is a critical position that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage dealers' relationships, market company products and services, and assist in the development of dealer sales capability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business models, be able to act within business process guidance, and have experience with forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning, and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing support and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong industry knowledge and experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Caterpillar offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
