About the Role
As a Senior Sales Strategist at 873 FLSmidth Industrial Solutions, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing commercial strategies to increase sales and revenue. Your focus will be on identifying and evaluating new sales and marketing opportunities, managing and developing the overall business portfolio, and integrating new business into the organization based on Service Centers capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Manage and develop the overall business portfolio to ensure highly profitable business.
- Identify, evaluate, and support the Sales Teams in negotiating and marketing growth opportunities.
- Integrate new business into the organization based on Service Centers capabilities.
- Ensure strategic support for the preparation of a global sales plan describing the general steps, milestones, and resources needed to formulate proposals.
- Define and drive initiatives to increase utilization and profitability from a Sales perspective.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in market component repair.
- Proven sales abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
- Advanced English, Spanish, and Portuguese language skills.
