Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading player in the employee benefits industry. As a Senior Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing sales acquisition data and performance metrics, developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify acquisition opportunities.

You will also conduct research on sales acquisition best practices and trends, provide support and guidance on acquisition strategies, and build effective teams. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales acquisition or business development and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Certification in Sales or Customer Acquisition is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze sales acquisition data and performance metrics.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers.
  3. Monitor and report on sales acquisition activities.
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify acquisition opportunities.
  5. Conduct research on sales acquisition best practices and trends.
  6. Provide support and guidance on acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales acquisition or business development.
  • Certification in Sales or Customer Acquisition preferred.
