About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to lead the growth of our Impulse Channel. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who can navigate complex landscapes, foster strong relationships with our DP, and inspire a high-performing Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the KAS team by focusing on their strengths to maximize performance and development.
  • Implement Red Bull's commercial strategy in the retail channel with a strong Omnichannel vision at all key customers through our DP.
  • Analyze available data sources (e.g. Nielsen & Customer Data) to derive customer growth opportunities and execute annual business plans.
  • Negotiate yearly processes with key customers and execute Red Bull's Perfect Store concept.
Requirements
  • Higher commercial degree/ University Degree (business, marketing or similar).
  • Valid driving license.
  • 3 to 5 years sales experience in Key Account Management, ideally with FMCG/beverage background.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
