VC & Startup Business Development Manager
About the Job:We are seeking a seasoned business development executive to join our team as a VC & Startup Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with startups, accelerators, and venture capital firms in LATAM.
You will partner with influential startup organizations to increase AWS adoption among high-growth technology startups at scale. Your deep network of in-market contacts and relationships will help establish AWS as a fixture in the region's startup community.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with emerging startup organizations and their cohorts/classes to evangelize AWS, drive adoption, and collect feedback for AWS engineering and service teams.
In addition, you will manage regional startup-focused incentive programs to help customers thrive, connecting them to partners, potential investors, and business leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Become a thought leader in the startup community, advocating for customers inside the company.
- Promote and evangelize AWS services to the CEE startup community.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional coverage and expansion plan.
- Create compelling value propositions around AWS services and partnership opportunities.
- Drive and facilitate startup adoption of AWS at scale.
- Maintain a robust projects and opportunity pipeline.
- Identify, onboard, nourish, and support partners to extend their reach and promote AWS adoption.
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
