Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager for Services in Chile to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute a sales strategy for Services Sales in Chile, aligned with the company's targets and local sales company/divisional strategy.

Lead, develop, and secure a high-performing sales team in line with the Alfa Laval culture.

Requirements:

Engineering Bachelor's Degree or similar, with a Master's or Advanced degree a plus.

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in leading a team.

English and Spanish proficiency is a must.

Travel Requirements:

Travelling at least 30% of the time.
