Regional Sales Manager for Strategic Accounts in Chile

Job Description
The South Cone team at Axis Communications is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Chile to lead the management of strategic accounts and channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to increase sales and market share in this territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for, identify, and pursue new opportunities to promote Axis solutions within a designated territory in order to meet revenue objectives
- Proactively arrange site visits, conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns, and speaking seminars for both new and existing customers
- Continually promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users on the benefits of the use of Axis solutions
- Perform market research, conduct cold calls, and qualify new partners and end users
- Independently create business plans and hold yourself accountable for following through on their execution
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, partner trainings, webinars and other promotional sales activities
- Maintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customers
- Work cohesively in a team environment with both internal and external partners
- Regularly utilize Salesforce to manage contacts, leads, meetings, and register new opportunities
- Use Salesforce to track and document your sales cycle as well as provide sales forecasting
- Participate in periodic sales meetings to inform advances with the rest of the team, sharing and leveraging knowledge about the market
Requirements
- Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor presentation to meet customer needs
- Responsible independent drive
- Ability to effectively motivate in time sensitive environment
- Charismatic disposition
- Competitive and efficient
- 5+ years' in sales driven position
- Strong technical background
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to lift 9-22 kgs, occasionally more.
- Expected travel time for this position is between 30%-50%.
