Duravant, a leading manufacturer of food processing and handling equipment, is seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Manager to lead our sales efforts in Latin America.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and profitability in the region. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and leading a team of sales professionals.
About the Role
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets in LATAM.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key customers, and drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make data-driven decisions to drive sales performance.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, partners, and influencers to support sales efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the food processing and handling industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability in complex sales environments.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with proficiency in Portuguese a plus.
