We are seeking a Sales Director for Services in Chile.

Your Mission:

As a Sales Director for Services in Chile, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy for Services Sales in accordance with the assigned targets and local sales company/divisional strategy and targets.

Responsibilities include:

1. Define the business strategy and plan for assigned area of responsibility according to Division Strategy, plan and targets.

2. Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities to get customer loyalty and satisfaction: Market Analysis, Pricing, Visits, Seminars.

3. Forecast sales and budget and monitor progress against objectives and financial targets to identify problem areas to improve performance.

4. Work proactive and structured with the sales and business development team to optimize sales efficiency.

5. Lead the sales team, giving direction and ensuring they perform according to the plan and sales process, with a focus on lead to opportunity and opportunity to quote sub-process.

6. Develop, motivate, and coach direct reports to secure the development of relevant sales and product/application competencies.

Requirements:

Engineering Bachelor's Degree or similar (mechanical, electronic, etc), a Master's or Advanced degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience working in sales and at least 5 years of experience in leading a team.

Language: English and Spanish proficiency is a must.

Others: Travelling at least 30%.
