Job Description: As a Senior Consultant at Business Sweden in Chile, your role will involve a range of B2B and B2G consulting projects. Your responsibilities will include representing our company as a trusted advisor, leading and delivering own projects, overseeing and contributing to multiple work streams, co-leading project teams, engaging with clients, contributing to trade promotion activities, and supporting colleague development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Representation: Represent Business Sweden as a trusted advisor to find solutions for our clients' challenges
  • Project Leadership: Lead and deliver small to medium-sized projects to support Swedish companies in their international business expansion plans
  • Collaboration: Oversee and contribute under a Project Manager's guidance to multiple work streams and project types, such as market expansion, sales support, stakeholder analysis, and operational support
  • Proposal Creation: Co-lead and collaborate closely with project managers and team members to support proposal creation for sales dialogues and processes and lead generation
  • Client Engagement: Engage in client project dialogues, clearly communicating key project insights
  • Trade Promotion: Contribute to trade and invest promotion activities
  • Colleague Development: Support in consulting skills development for more junior colleagues

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or equivalent
  • Experience: 3-4+ years of relevant experience from a consultancy firm or equivalent
  • Skills: Demonstrated success in client projects & project delivery in a deadline-driven environment using consulting methodologies and structured work planning; excellent skills in Excel/PowerPoint; high level of proficiency in English and Spanish

Benefits: Based in Santiago, Chile, but working with our teams and clients around the world, which may sometimes require travel within and outside Chile. The role includes both strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities, including representing our company as a trusted advisor.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
