Job Overview: We are seeking a Business Development and Commercial Growth Representative to join our team at Seequent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading strategic business development engagements, capturing feedback from customers and staff, and optimizing our data management solutions plans. You will also be responsible for conducting commercial reviews, sharing learnings, and driving adoption of new technology across our customer base.

### Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead key strategic Business Development engagements
  • Capture feedback and learnings from customers and staff to optimize data management solutions plans
  • Conduct regular commercial reviews to learn and improve commercial approach
  • Be a role model for the organization on how to drive adoption of new technology
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure campaigns feed the regional pipeline
  • Manage the performance and activities of the unit effectively
#### Skills and Experience:
  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • Experience in sales and business development (approx. 5 years)
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • Strong communication skills across cultures and roles
  • Highly analytical with ability to make judgments
