Commercial Lead for Fragrance and Ingredients

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to drive our fragrance and ingredients business forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to achieve sales growth, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-5 years of experience in sales, product development, or marketing, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, flavors, chemical, or ingredients industries. A strong track record at a similar level with a passion to succeed in commercial is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth and Market Share Expansion: Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales growth, expand market share, and improve profitability.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, including identification of new business opportunities and expansion of existing accounts.
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and leverage competitive market intelligence to inform business decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Creative Thinking: Demonstrate creative and innovative thinking in product development, packaging, branding, and marketing initiatives.
- Digital Savvy: Leverage digital marketing tools, social media, and e-commerce platforms to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and promote products.
