The Senior Account Director, Enterprise is a pivotal role that develops and implements comprehensive account plans to maximize revenue for Genesys' suite of products in the Enterprise segment. This critical role involves understanding customer and industry needs to uncover how Genesys can best serve them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed revenue, customer growth, and sales expense goals.
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement.
  • Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and act as a Genesys representative to maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.
  • Provide timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issues.
  • Sell and promote Genesys products to customers, negotiating price, concessions, and terms.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
  • Build relationships with key players in customer accounts and business partners.
  • Penetrate customer accounts as needed or in coordination with business partners.
  • Become a trusted advisor on Genesys products/solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
  • Manage escalations and conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
  • Assist in developing short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Regularly interact with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a focus on SaaS platforms and CX.
  • Leadership skills to lead a sales engagement.
  • Be a 'High Energy' results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels.
  • Able to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision.
