Enterprise Sales Development Representative for Integrated Risk Management Solutions

IsoMetrix, a leading provider of integrated risk management software, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join its North American Sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads and new sales opportunities for the company's software offerings. This includes:
Main Responsibilities- Prospecting new business sales meetings through cold calling, web research, LinkedIn, and qualifying potential prospects.
- Collaborating with Sales Executives, Marketing, and others to generate leads and opportunities via various channels.
- Conducting research on prospects, markets, and business opportunities across segmental offerings and industries.
- Managing the sales cycle as assigned, including managing, nurturing, and prospecting leads via an internal CRM solution.
- Continually increasing knowledge about IsoMetrix software solutions, the company, and industry challenges aligned with value propositions for potential customers.
This role requires 3+ years of Business Development/Sales experience, preferably in the software/SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent listening and communication skills, deadline-driven time management, and a strong ability to work within a team environment.
Requirements- 3+ years Business Development/Sales experience, preferably in the software/SaaS industry.
- Sales-related courses and/or certifications.
- Experience in EHS, Risk, Compliance, Sustainability software sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or others.
