Job Title: Sr. Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Are you a motivated sales professional looking to jumpstart or enhance your career in the renewable energy sector?

We're seeking a Sr. Sales Development Representative to join our team at LatamCent, where you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base by reaching out to potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our clean energy services.

LatamCent is at the forefront of providing innovative clean energy solutions, focusing on solar energy, EV charging, fuel cells, and battery storage projects. We're dedicated to creating impactful, sustainable energy solutions that benefit both our clients and their communities.

Your Role:

  • Reach out to potential clients through targeted campaigns and build relationships to qualify leads and schedule sales meetings for senior sales executives.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and maintain and update customer information in our CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, in the B2B sector.
  • C1/C2 English Level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy market is a plus.

What's in it for You:

Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 monthly, plus a competitive commission structure. OTE $34,000 a year

Full-time contract
