South Latam Sales Manager, Enterprise Informatics

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise Informatics sales efforts in South Latam. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key account management and customer centricity.
  • Lead the sales team and work closely with operations and marketing to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives, and tactical plans for the district.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including solutions in collaboration with the Solutions team.
  • Execution and management of the yearly business plan of the district.
  • Meet or exceed sales, volumes, order intake, and financial targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience within the Enterprise informatics industry.
  • Team management experience.
  • Master's degree preferable.
  • Advanced English.
