Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Seequent. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our Data Management Solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic business development engagements to drive growth and revenue
- Capture customer and staff feedback to optimize our go-to-market plans and improve commercial approach
- Conduct regular commercial reviews to learn and improve commercial approach and individual plans
- Be a role model for the organization on driving adoption of new technology
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure campaigns drive regional pipeline for Data Management Solutions portfolio
- Manage unit performance effectively and successfully
- Support senior executives and reinforce Seequent's strategic plan
- Influence regional teams and drive adoption with customers
- Fluent Spanish and English
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
- Proven commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills across cultures and customer personas
- Persistent, patient, innovative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in selling technology, software, or SaaS
- Industry knowledge in mining and minerals sectors
- Experience taking new products to market
- Masters-level education in business
- Fluency in Portuguese
