Job Description:

The Senior Account Director, Enterprise role is a strategic position that requires a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends. You will develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth, while fostering strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets, including customer growth and sales expenses
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement
  • Sales life-cycle management, ensuring visibility into lead-to-close processes
  • Maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and representing Genesys positively
  • Resolving escalated sales-related issues in a timely manner
  • Communicating with key customers, business partners, and executives on significant issues and accomplishments
  • Selling and promoting Genesys products, negotiating price and terms
  • Participating in strategic and tactical planning for the division
  • Building relationships with key players in customer accounts and business partners
  • Penetrating customer accounts as needed, coordinating with business partners
  • Becoming a trusted advisor on Genesys products/solutions to meet customer needs
  • Developing and executing territory plans to maximize revenue
  • Managing escalations and conducting weekly progress meetings with sales teams
  • Assisting in developing short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives
  • Regularly interacting with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met
Requirements:
  • +8 years' experience in technology sales, specifically in SaaS platforms and CX
  • Leadership skills to lead sales engagements
  • 'High Energy' results-oriented achiever, team player willing to work in demanding environments
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: producing materials, delivering presentations, and education
  • Able to represent the company at senior executive levels
  • Ability to develop proposals and manage sales cycles with minimal supervision, providing regular updates

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $140,000 - $200,000, depending on location and experience.
