Job Title: Aftermarkets Proposal Specialist

Siemens Gamesa is a leading player in the wind industry, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftermarkets Proposal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for preparing and developing competitive bids for spare parts, advanced maintenance, and mods & ups portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and estimate cost calculations for services proposals for wind farm maintenances.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, working closely with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Perform risk assessments and identify mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Prioritize and coordinate activities for each proposal, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Support sales managers with customer bids and contract negotiations, and develop customer offer/pricing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, proposals, and/or project management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Highly motivated and team-player mindset, with a strong quality and organization orientation.
  • English and Portuguese speaker, with good communication skills in Spanish.
  • Experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
