Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Energy. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling systems to customers in the utility and mining industry, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and promote customer understanding of our full product/systems/services offering.
  • Sales Planning: Prepare sales plans using company tools and perform regular status reviews to ensure successful outcomes of transactions, contracts, and proposals.
  • Market Analysis: Identify and develop new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
  • Offer Preparation: Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager, ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in sales
  • Intermediate/Advanced English and Spanish language skills
  • Education: Electrical, Electronic, or Civil Engineering
  • Knowledge and established network in the Utility and Mining sector
  • Knowledge in Control, Protection, SCADA, and High Voltage Telecommunications
