Sales Operations Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Business Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for optimizing productivity and raising the quality of support tasks performed.
About the RoleAs a Sales Operations Business Partner, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to support the development of area-specific strategy, execution, and operational plans. You will apply standards and execute defined tasks, leveraging best practices and learning from senior peers.
You will also be responsible for stakeholder communication and support, responding to internal inquiries and providing assistance to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Standardization: Identify best practices related to sales information format and distribution, and implement them across regions.
- Strategy to Execution: Support development of area-specific strategy, execution, and operational plans.
- Support Scale: Apply standards and execute defined tasks, leveraging best practices and learning from senior peers.
- Stakeholder Communication & Support: Respond to internal stakeholders and support peers.
- Execute with Speed & Quality: Deliver repetitive tasks with attention and focus.
- Ensure Data Stewardship: Including data enhancements and maintenance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recent graduate of a bachelor's degree, preferably not exceeding 1-2 years from graduation.
- Prior experience in sales operations or a related field is a plus.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including macros.
- SQL and Python knowledge is a plus.
- Customer Focus, Innovative Thinking, Quality Focus, Teamwork & Collaboration, and Analytics Capabilities.
