As a Senior Business Development Specialist at InterSystems, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of prospective and existing end user accounts to generate sales opportunities, revenue, and ensure a productive and profitable business relationship.

With a focus on multi-industry clients, including government institutions, fintech companies, banks, and the private and public market, you will identify and qualify business opportunities and potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business revenue with government, mining, or fintech organizations.
  • Act as the principal liaison between InterSystems and end user accounts, developing and enhancing business relationships by providing high levels of service and encouraging contact at various organizational levels.
  • Maintain and strengthen commercial relationships with local partners, recommending the application of InterSystems technology and seeking to extend its use and application to partner and customer challenges.

qualifications:

  • 4+ years of information technology sales success, with a demonstrated track record of selling software solutions into medium and larger companies or institutions.
  • Partner scouting and development experience, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience working in an information technology area or company, with a bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Information Technology or Engineering.

Experience selling data platforms at a senior level (CXO, VP, etc.) is required. Place of residence in Santiago, Chile is preferred but not required.
