About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Chile. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be the key account manager for our existing customers in Chile, responsible for increasing sales and market share. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals that drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with our internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and tactics. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be crucial in building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
  • Conduct regular site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to educate customers on our solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in Salesforce
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the security or surveillance industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including consultative selling, relationship-building, and negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
