The Account Director, Enterprise role is a pivotal position within our organization. You will develop and execute a comprehensive account plan, driving revenue growth for the entire Genesys suite of products in the Enterprise segment. This critical role involves understanding customers' and industry needs, strategic objectives, and how Genesys can best serve them. As an influencer, connector, and coordinator, you will ensure the right team is assembled, delivering exceptional customer experiences that foster trust and reliance on Genesys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed revenue, customer growth, and sales expense targets
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement
  • Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, ensuring visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process
  • Maintain the highest levels of professionalism
  • Represent Genesys as a positive ambassador to employees, customers, partners, and shareholders
  • Resolve escalated sales-related issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Communicate key customer, business partner, and executive information on significant issues and accomplishments

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of sales experience in the technology industry, specializing in SaaS platforms and CX
  • Leadership skills to lead sales engagements
  • 'High Energy,' results-oriented achiever with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales
  • Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels
  • Effective proposal development and sales cycle management with minimal supervision
