Job Description

We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to join our Professional Services team in delivering cutting-edge solutions to enterprises seeking to automate, modernize or improve customer experience using Virtual Agent and other artificial intelligence technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum one year of business experience in a customer-facing position
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Compensation

The US base salary range for this role is $79,400—$111,400 USD per year, plus annual performance bonus and/or incentive compensation plans.
