As an Executive Leader at SERVPRO, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of our Franchise. This includes overseeing the management of our team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the Fire and Water Restoration industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of business operations and management principles
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Exposure to chemicals
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings)
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
