The role of a Sales Operations Business Partner is critical to the success of our organization. You will be responsible for optimizing productivity, improving process quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your key tasks will include standardizing sales-related information formats and distributions, developing area-specific strategies, and executing operational plans.
You will also provide support to the execution of transactional activities, actively working to improve relevant processes critical to business success. Additionally, you will support the efforts of project teams and may lead projects at times.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including macros, and have knowledge of SQL and Python. Customer focus, innovative thinking, quality focus, teamwork, and collaboration are essential qualities for this position.
