AWS LATAM Startup Business Development Lead

AWS is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our LATAM Startup Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving adoption of AWS services among startup customers, leading a high-performing team across Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia, and collaborating with other functions to execute plans and programs.
About the Role:
- Define and execute strategies to drive adoption of AWS services in startup customers.
- Lead a diverse team of professionals across multiple countries.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, solutions architects, and other teams to execute plans and programs.
- Be the key spokesperson to share AWS value proposition in the LATAM startup ecosystem.
- Build and maintain relationships with top founders, investors, accelerators, and incubators in LATAM.
About the Team:
The Startup Business Development team is responsible for managing relationships with LATAM's top Venture Capital Firms, Accelerators, and Incubators. We also oversee scaled motions to drive adoption of AWS services with the long tail of customers in LATAM.
