Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Business Partner for Regional Growth to partner with the Managing Director – LATAM to ensure cross-functional collaboration to achieve our regional objectives, enable executive effectiveness in region, and enable local employees and events across Chile, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador. This role is onsite and full-time in our Santiago, Chile office.

About the Role
  1. **Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication**: Facilitate cross-functional regional cadences to ensure alignment on regional strategy and approach, including weekly regional leadership meeting and quarterly all staff calls; contribute to strategic discussions; support regional executives with communications and serve as regional “air traffic control” for critical communications; work closely with executive office and extended team members to ensure alignment between C-level executives.
  2. **Regional Program Management**: Provide program management for executive-level regional projects and initiatives that ensure regional financial performance and alignment across functions within region; partner with regional executives on key functional initiatives, serving as a sounding board and orchestrator.
  3. **Communication and Information Management**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high degree of confidentiality; prepare and distribute executive communications, presentations, and reports as needed; coordinate regional content, preparations, and post-meeting actions for executive-level monthly operating review and board of director meetings.
  4. **Executive Effectiveness & Partnership**: Partner with executive office team members to identify and implement strategies and processes aimed at enhancing executive effectiveness and productivity for Managing Director – LATAM.
  5. **Executive & Office Administration**: Arrange comprehensive travel plans, itineraries, briefing documents, and agendas for executives that support the dynamic requirements of our global team.
Requirements
  1. 2-5 years experience with cross-functional project management, business operations, or executive support.
  2. Demonstrates organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple and changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Ability to consult, facilitate, and influence to solve problems, particularly under pressure and with cross-functional partners.
  4. Ability to take a concept, internalize it, synthesize it, communicate it, rally others around, drive its implementation, and identify ways to continuously improve it.
  5. Strong English and Spanish communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentations. Some Portuguese communication skills a plus.
  6. Willingness to take calculated risks, push your learning edge, and motivate others to do the same.
  7. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
